Prior to closing on purchase

Anyone who has agreed to purchase a condominium property at Sierras West is requested to complete and submit to our office email (admin@sierraswest.ca) a New Owner Form prior to closing on the purchase.  Once you have submitted the form, our Move Director will contact you to schedule a New Resident Orientation meeting.  During this meeting, which will take approximately 1.5 hours, we will ask that you complete a number of forms, arrange a time for delivery of your security devices (entry FOB’s and parking stickers), and we will review the various Rules and Regulations of the property with you.  Please see the Insurance Information on our website when you are making arrangements for your condo insurance.

SierrasWest Insurance Information

Sierras West was constructed in 1997 and consists of 137 owned units, 5 guest suites, and various amenities as listed in our amenity section.  The roof is constructed with concrete tiles.  Documents provided here include the Annual Insurance Certificate and the Standard Insurable Unit Description (SIUD).
