Information for Realtors Wanting to List a Sierras West Property

Any realtor planning to list a Sierras West condominium property for sale is requested to complete and submit a Realtor Registration Form (even if previously submitted for a different condo unit at Sierras West).  Once you have submitted the form, our office will contact you with permission to install a For Sale sign and information on how you will gain access to the property and provide access to other realtors.  Please advise prospective buyers that our property is age-restricted (ages 40+), independent living, and is not wheelchair accessible.  Once you have sold the property, please refer the buyer(s) to the New Owner section of our website and ask that they submit a New Owner Form to us.
